招聘要求：
1) 计算机或工程专业本科以上学历
2) 3年以上ERP系统实施经验
3) 将用户需求与系统应用相结合的能力
4) 有SBO经验者尤佳
5) 良好的英语沟通能力
6) 熟悉ERP产品
7) Windows平台及数据库(如：MS-SQL)知识及经验者优先
8) 良好的客户沟通技巧、工作主动性及承受压力的能力
9) 解决问题的能力
10)项目管理能力
工作内容：
Overall responsibilities:
1) Provide high quality SAP B1 services include system implementation, consultation and training for customers.
2) Endeavour on each case, strong analytical skills, customer satisfaction, helpfulness and good communication skill are critical to this role.
Key duties:
1) Endeavour on each case, making sure high quality service is over-achieved or maintained
2) Provides consulting/training services on all supported products, if occasionally being requested
3) Conform to the company’s defined/instructed guidelines for Consulting Services.
4) Identify customer’s consulting and training needs and communicate to the parties responsible
5) Keep up with the latest developments with all SAP B1 modules, supported platforms and databases systems and conversant in providing support services under them
6) Customer satisfaction and quality of service are of highest priorities
7) An important communication channel with customer so must at all times be helpful and polite to every customer
8) Contribute to team activities, product development and other related duties as requested
9) Punctuality and patience
