Sales organization, distribution channel and division together are called sales area.
It means certain sales organization can operate certain division through certain distribution
channel.  Here, I will show how to set up sales area.

Step1:  Enterprise Structure--->Assignment--->Sales and Distribution
            --->Set up sales area--->click 'Clock' icon
          

Step2:  select sales organization, and then click 'Assign'
          

Step3:  select Distribution Channels, and then Enter.
            

Step4:  select distribution channel, and then click 'Assign'
          

Step5:  select Division, and then Enter
                     

Step6:  save it
                    
          

You can assign division to sales organization after you have defined them.
Here, I will show how to make it step by step:

Step1:  Enterprise Structure--->Assignment--->Sales and Distribution
            --->Assign division to sales organization--->click 'Clock' icon
          

Step2:  choose which sales organization to be assigned division, then click 'Assign'
          

Step3:  choose divisions, then Enter
          

Step4:  Save
          

You can assign distribution channel to sales organization after you have defined them.
Here, I will show how to make it step by step:

Step1:  Enterprise Structure--->Assignment--->Sales and Distribution
            --->Assign distribution channel to sales organization --->click 'Clock' icon
          

Step2:  choose Sales organization , then click Assign
          

Step3:  choose distribution channels, then click '√' icon
           

Step4:  Click 'Save' button
          

You can assign sales organization to company code after you have defined them.
Here, I will show how to make it step by step:

Step1:  Enterprise Structure--->Assignment--->Sales and Distribution
            --->Assign sales organization to company code--->click 'Clock' icon
            

Step2:  choose Company code, then click Assign
           

Step3:  choose sales organization 
          

Step4:  click 'Save' icon
          

How to define a company code step by step:

Step1:  Enterprise Structure--->Definition--->Financial Accounting
            --->Define,copy,delete,check company code
          

Step2:   choose Edit Compan Code Data
          

Step3:  click New entries
           

Step4:  input necessary information, then click Save
           

Step5:  go on
           

Here, I will display how to define division step by step.

Step1:  Enterprise Structure--->Definition--->Logistics-General
            --->Define,copy,delete,check division--->click 'clock'
            --->choose Define division.
          

Step2:  click New entries
          

Step3:  input Division and Name, then click Save icon
