Here, I will show how to define an sales organization step by step.

Step1:  Enterprise Structure--->Definition--->Sales and Distribution
            --->Define,copy,delete,check distribution channel
           

Step2:  choose Define distribution channel and double-click it
           

Step3:  click New entries
           

Step4:  input Distr.channel & Name, then Save

Step2:  Enterprise Structure--->Definition--->Sales and Distribution
            --->Define,copy,delete,check sales organization
           

Step3:  choose Define Sales Organization
          

Step4:  click New entries
           

Step5:  input Sales organization and Statistics currency(they are necessary)
           

Step6:  click Save button--->enter
          

Step7:  Edit address
