4、Valuation Using Modifiers for Table Access
报酬元素(Elements of remuneration)，例如bonuses，通常依赖于组织单元(organizational unit)变化；
例如，你想要bonus Wage Type 4000在Personal Area 1000 和1100不同，系统在table 的key的第一个位置用一个modifier；
系统默认的modifier是01；customizing 1100的modifier，copy modifier 01，改名为modifier 02，输入相关的Amount；
在Payroll Run时，系统根据Personal Number设置的personal Area 设定Modifer 来获取必需的value；
function：" MOD" centrally指派Modifier给Personnel Calculation Rule ： "XMOD"
