a.set the modifier for the Constant Wage Type Valuation table in the calculation rule
路径：
IMG → Payroll International → Time Wage Type Valuation → Valuation Bases → Constant Valuation Bases → Define Wage Type-Dependent
对话框选择"Set modifier for constant valuation",进入到"XMOD"的画面，打开employee subgroup grouping 3，
继续，找到operation MODIF 2=01，可change；
b.add an entry to the Constant Wage Type Valuation table
对话框选择"Determine Constant Valuation per Wage Type",进入到"Constant Valuation" view的修改界面，选择"New Entries"，输入
modifier，time wagetype，startdate,enddate,value等；
c.Assign employee remuneration information ,用b中建立的wagetype
路径：
SAP Menu: Human Resources → Personnel Management → Administration → Maintain HR Master Data infotype：2010
Create，输入wagetype，Number/unit field中输入value；Save
