Channel Documentary is always my favorite TV platform offers great and real report and analysis, and it covers animal, accident and everything in the natural environment. This weekend, a program was shown to introduce the responsibility of September 11th World trade center incident. Definitely this horrible accident was exploded by two planes that were controlled by terrorists, is that one only reason to make this happen? The answer could not be so simple, People were trying to investigate more evidence made the huge building to be smoking and firing trash, however, the architecture quality of the two building is found to be one of elements, even some records couples of years ago have been rechecked again and valued by professional standard organization. The conclusion of these program shows there are building quality problem in ferroconcrete wall.
Just like flash star running through over my sky, I suddenly realized the importance of detail and quality assurance. Everything could be peaceful and safe before it becomes horrible accident, no matter it is a small dumpling or huge bridge over Yangzi river, people may not have much passion to a quality of little stuff but would like to pay much attention to big construction, unfortunately China faced the complain and call from poisonous food and toy, I was thinking, how do people believe person, company or nation can make wonderful product if qualified product can be produced.
At this point, I also would to talk about something I was angry, I do remember audit that was operated last week in my company, I was extremely disappointed with my company, colleagues and third party audit company, I know how terrible of company quality works, but I am totally shocked and surprised no correction item was found in external audit while even I found several correction item in internal audit two week ago. I would like to know what is the real meaning of this audit? What is the actual sense of this audit? Everything comes to evidence to show it is a process to get certification of one paper but not improve and correct the daily operation by procedure.
Doing but not saying, Improving but not correcting, I believe this is the aim when we always pay high attention to quality work.
