顺便说 JOHN那边BOM的问题。
His plant contains two plants while we just now use one plant.
The problem is,if we want to add some new material which is created recently , We can not add it to old BOM for it has one only plant.
MM/PP specialist gave us suggestion to add every component to contain two plant.
I really want to say it is not a good idea at all for it will defintely make confusion to engineer and huge work to Project manager.
My way is to delete old BOM which contains two plant and create a new BOM with only plant we contol now.
and now I can add component to BOM as usual.
But I need to explain to John ,Chris, Bryan and Lucy.
