1. To design, configure, test, train and document elements of a business solution
2. To determine, gather and document business requirements
3. To prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal teams
4. To participate in any project activity deemed as required by the project manager
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE

Languages
|
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Fluent Mandarin (oral and written)

Work Experience
|
- 4-5 years SAP implementation experience.
- At least 3 full lifecycle SAP projects in manufacturing companies
- External Consultancy background.
- Exposure to international experience, i.e. have worked with Americans Multinationals
|

Qualifications
|
- Minimum University degree level
|
|
Technical Competencies
|
- PP consultant
- Strong understanding of Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing processes
- Experience in Batch Management
- Preferably from Engineering background
|

|
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Good training skills
- Ability to articulate ideas and concepts to a wide range of audience
- Awareness of business change activities and the impact of change on an organisation
- Understanding of project methodologies.

- Able to run workshops and own the outcomes
- Identifying, monitoring and reporting issues, risks and progress on project phases.
